As you can see, the content of this website is free! Not only is it free, but I also encourage you to rip my work, remix my stories, borrow my characters (and the worlds in which they live). Do whatever you like—so long as you give me the credit I am due. My art is copyleft, meaning you can write songs, do illustrations, do comics, or even make movies based on my stories. Print them and pass them around! Do anything you like! After all, spreading my art is free advertising, so consider yourself my advertising department!
What if you should make money off the work you do that is inspired by my efforts? Congratulations, the money is yours! Good work! But if you find yourself so fortunate, consider slicing off a piece of cheese for your boy. As you know, free isn’t really free; and although I often enjoy working on these projects, it is still very much “work”. Like any work, it needs to be compensated; because I can’t buy bread and pay my utilities with good intentions and well-wishes. Ask yourself “How many hours of entertainment did I receive from these fine products?” Then, donate accordingly, because donating is love, and we can all use a little more love in our lives!
If you have nothing, I ask you to give nothing—except perhaps lip service. Tell your friends if you enjoyed this product. Indeed, tell your friends if you didn’t like this product. Spread your good word and your honest criticism! But if you are well off, consider that I could write far more for your entertainment if this became my job, and not just a passion project!
